Installation is basically easy just plug and play. (Keep in mind exhaust pipe needs to be attached carefully, and should be away or point away from the cooling location) But you don’t need to attach hose when using it on the porch or garden.

This cooled the rooms of up to 200 sq. ft. easily, during our testing. The handles given, help in easy movement of the portable air conditioner. It has four different modes ventilating, drying, air cooling and sleep mode and we found them really useful, during our testing. The build is sturdy.
For safety purposes, it also offers Child Lock feature. The filtration is done in terms of high density which ensures clean and hygienic air in the room. The task panel and remote are easy to use.
Moreover, even after being a portable AC, it produces less noise levels, which will not disturb you for sure as we concluded, in our tests. It offers 2 different fan speeds. It doesn’t compromise with performance. Its customer history suggests that it has least chance of any defect to be found in long term.
Drawbacks:
1. Blue Star PC12DB Portable AC
On number 1 we have listed Blue Star PC12DB. This is a well made & good looking product and quite sturdy too.
We uses this air conditioner for a room of 120 sq feet. It works efficiently and cools the room down. We can say cooling is adequate. This portable AC can be placed on the ground and the exhaust pipe can be fixed to a window with plastic hooks.
It’s very convenient. So while you are switching your rented house you just have to untie your plastic hook for the outlet pipe and take it to a new location.
We loved the noise level which is not bothersome as compared to other portable ac we ever tested. The cooled air-flow flap on the top can be adjusted at different angles. In addition, auto-mode is effective as it automatically adjusts the compressor functionality and air flow speed while maintaining the set temperature effectively.
It will cool your room to an extent if you properly set the exhaust outlet and thermal isolating the room.
