5. AmazonBasics AB2019001 Solo Microwave Oven

The AmazonBasics AB2019001 fits the bill. This is a basic microwave and the cheap price money could buy with all the necessary features you would expect even from the most costliest microwave. This is a small, basic microwave with 2 knobs. no grill. no conventional oven.

We also thoroughly enjoyed it came well packed and required no installation. Just place the roller ring and the tray, plug it in & you are good to go.

We liked that the oven is large enough to fit a dinner plate and the power seems to be adequate. Microwaves can be used for countless things right from preparing simple coffee to preparing chicken.

The Morphy Richards 20MS can be used for reheating, defrosting and some cooking. It is small, compact and just what one needs. Sturdy build, easy to use knobs. We liked that even though it’s 20 litres capacity, it’s a little smaller length wise.

The oven can just about fit a dinner plate. One can choose between 5 different power levels to cook as per your need.

Another plus is  that it served the basic purpose of heating, reheating, with being low on noise. Overall we were quite satisfied after the testing.

Drawbacks:

3. LG ‎MS2043DB.DB1QILN Solo Microwave Oven

If you do not want to compromise with performance and looks both then we advise you to go for the LG ‎MS2043DB.DB1QILN. We liked that the touch key pad is sensitive to touch and easy to clean. Furthermore, the buttons are not very comfortable to use. We tried different tasks with this solo microwave oven and it performed without compromising.

This oven offers 20 litres of capacity and is suitable for bachelors and small families. Also this oven includes a child lock that ensures complete safety especially for homes with small children. Another special feature we liked is 44 auto cook menu options with 28 Indian dishes.

The Panasonic ‎NN-SM25JBFDG is easy to operate and can be operated by anyone as it comes without the complexity of touch menus. This oven doesn’t make much noise. The one thing that we have to point out is the fact that our fingers often slip when we try to turn the knob during tests, but it’s fine.

We assure that this solo microwave oven is sufficient for a small family and it is quite solid. We loved that this countertop microwave with a glass turntable is compact, allowing you to devote less space to electronics and more to interior capacity

Drawbacks:

1. Bajaj ‎1701 MT Solo Microwave Oven

There are some reasons that this Bajaj ‎1701 MT stands out from the rest of the crowd. We tried it for heating food after taking it out from the fridge before eating. It does that seamlessly and better than others. The elegant design of this oven will increase the beauty of your kitchen for sure.

We appreciate that this oven is good in response. It boiled 1 litre of milk in about 2 minutes. Buzzer sound is there at the end of the heating cycle. It is a compact and good product for routine use.
